A cafetière would be a welcome addition to the kitchen and a couple of the bedrooms would benefit from privacy blinds as they are overlooked. 「My family and I had a fantastic time at Colonels Apartment. Right in front of the beach. Wake up to the sounds of the waves, had breakfast on the outside table in front of the house looking at the beach and then I crossed the main street and went for a swim on the gorgeous beach of Sandown, which by the way, is dog friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and was as described. Communication and organization was 100%. Will book again! 」

「Great base to explore IOW (by car), nowhere is very far away.Enjoyed visiting Godshill, Shipwreck Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Newtown Nature Reserve, Freshwater Bay (great waves!), Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and Shanklin. Also climbed Bembridge Windmill and had lunch at St Helen's beach.Had a boiler breakdown on first morning so had no hot water for 4 days, happened on the Friday so difficult to find someone to repair it.
