「The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. 」

「在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。 飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。」

「How.pleasant and helpfull all the staff were . The only exception was the male on rec Eption on Wednesday afternoon who was not at all helpfull.」

「Room was clean. We had to open the window and leve it open all night as the room was hot, and we could not find how to turn down the heat. Food was excellent from our Dinner to the Breakfast the next morning.」

「 We love the location and have stayed here on a few occasions. We love how the hotel is so pet friendly. It’s accessible to Bournemouth and Swanage, plenty of walks from the hotel and close to the beach (especially for an early morning/ evening swim). Our dinner was lovely and the breakfast is plentiful. 」
