Le Platine "Le logement est super bien situe , tout à proximité . Attention lisez bien l'annonce , pas de parking gratuit . Il est payant de 9h à 20h . Ce qui concerne le logement , il est top , tout ce qu'il faut . Le frigo est fort bruyant , ainsi que la chaudière, on entendais l'eau coulais . J'ai passer une bonne semaine , malgrès la canicule , heureusement il y avait la clim dans le logement . Je mettais pas la nuit car fort bruyant. Pour une semaine de séjour top ."

Pour info : -immeuble sans ascenseur Inconvénient : -VMC cuisine très bruyante, étant donné qui s’agit de la pièce de couchage (studio) Points à améliorer : -une serviette pour se sécher les mains dans la salle d’eau, n’aurait pas été de trop -des serviettes pour les cheveux, également -manque de savon pour les mains, dans la cuisine -et savon liquide insuffisant dans la salle d’eau"

Le Platine "Très beau séjour à Toulouse. Merci pour la réactivité de l’équipe en ce qui concernait des choses qui manquaient, ils m’ont remboursé. En ce concerne la communication, c’était très positif, mais un peu compliqué de se retrouver entre 4 contacts (agent sur la messagerie Airbnb, Gwénola, Caroline et Jean-Victor), 3 différents sites de référence pour la location (site Book&Pay, site “Loc de JV”, site Airbnb), 4 services/entreprises (Cocoonr, Book&Pay, Pro-Occitanie Clean, Airbnb)… Je n’y suis pas habitué. Il faut savoir bien utiliser son téléphone! Mais tout s’est bien passé, les instructions étaient claires, et tout le monde était très sympa et réactif. Belle vue et emplacement parfait à St Cyprien, rue calme proche du métro et du pont neuf. Je reviendrais volontiers!"

Cuenta con todo lo que podrías necesitar; lavadora, televisión con Chromecast, horno, hervidor de agua, cafetera, refrigerador, y más. El sofá se convierte en una cama bastante cómoda y con espacio suficiente para 2 personas. Por otro lado, la ubicación es muy buena, cerca podrás encontrar restaurantes, supermercados, una estación del metro y está a unos minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad. Además, la comunicación con la agencia fue muy buena, lo recomendamos totalmente."

La recepción a mi llegada muy amable, y me mandaron una guía completa de como funciona cada cosa de la casa, aún así para cualquier duda contestan enseguida. Muy agradecida. El estudio bonito, limpio, cómodo y muy tranquilo. Cerca de todos los servicios y de muchos sitios que visitar. Me he sentido como en casa. Muy recomendable."
