「Struttura un po’ vecchiotta. Camera molto piccola ma visto che serve solo per dormire, per 2 va bene così. Suggerirei solo qualche mensola o appoggia oggetti in più in bagno. 「C’est la 3ème année que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Proche de Saas-Fee, l’accueil est chaleureux…..hélas, personne ne parle le français! Du coup, c’est assez compliqué de communiquer! Le patron, Peter, et son personnel sont très sympa ! Très bon rapport-qualité-prix au restaurant. Petit-déjeuner copieux. 」

「Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!」

「Usually at five-star properties, especially in desirable locations, the cost scales up much faster than what you get. The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment...
