"I recently stayed at Paradisus Los Cabos and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations for a resort of this level. We had no hot water for approximately 36 hours, with no prior communication. I only discovered this while in the shower, which was particularly frustrating as it happened on the day I had a spa booking and negatively affected the experience. Housekeeping was kind and attentive with general tidying, and the staff overall were friendly. However, there was a lack of consistency with changing bed linens—it took over 24 hours and multiple requests (including concierge follow-ups) for the sheets to be changed. There was also a lack of transparency around upgrades. Although availability appeared to exist, no upgrade was offered. Instead, I was told that the Expedia discounts and added services I received were due to upgrade unavailability, which is misleading as those are standard Expedia Platinum benefits. Despite raising these concerns and having photo evidence, no compensation or meaningful resolution was offered. While the staff were kind and the resort has positive aspects, the lack of communication, inconsistency in service, and limited accountability made the overall experience disappointing."

"Breakfast didnt start til 7am and the pool service did not start til 10am which were both a little late. Before 7am you had to pay for coffee and the ice cream place was also not all inclusive. The steak reastaurant was also not included in theball inclusive. Aside from that the resort was clean and the staff was nice."

"We had a disturbing experience here. On our last day, apparently while we were at dinner but well after the cleaners had been there, a staff member entered our room and changed the password on our room safe. We had already packed for the night and had closed the closet, so we did not notice until we went to retrieve our passports from the safe in the morning. We notified the front desk and they said "you forgot your password, the manager is the only one that can open it and she gets in at 8:00 AM". We did not forget the password. There was a note from staff on the safe that they had changed the password "because it had been left open". We had pre-arranged transportation to the airport leaving at 7:00 AM, so we had to pay another $110 for a ride to the airport after they finally got it open. This is not a trustworthy establishment. As for the rest of my review, the food was mediocre, the drinks were watered down and had a fake chemical taste, the beers on tap had a sour taste, the floor tiles throughout the resort were treacherously wet and slippery, and the rooms were not regularly cleaned. "

"One of the most beautiful properties we’ve been to! Pricing is a little extra extravagant, but you get what you pay for! The recreation center at the beach is a blast, food was delicious, staff is exceptional, and even the yoga classes were great! Highly recommend the sea-bobs, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Fernando @recreation and Milena our concierge were outstanding!!"
