“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! Spencer was extemely accommodating,and made……

“CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. The surrounding area is very beautiful, if you get the chance to be on the porch, I would highly recommend. Check out is 11am, though if they start cleaning the other rooms at 9:30am, you might have an accidental……

“This place is awesome. Staff was great, place was clean and it was a stone throw away from the action. Its an older place so we could here those on the top floor, but it was still well worth it.”

“Great location. I really appreciated the outdoor spaces. The front patio is a great place for a glass of wine and people watching. The provisions for breakfast - yogurt, fruit, were easy for helping yourself. My room was great - clean, bed/pillows were comfortable. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others!”

“My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay at The Mercury Hotel in Provincetown. The property is great, located just a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shops, and a bike rental shop. The hotel amenties were also nice. The patios and decks offered a great way to enjoy the views of the town day and night, and the common areas were cute and complete with comfy couches, tables, chairs, and a few games to enjoy with friends. “The Inn is centrally-located, and is convenient to restaurants and bars. The performers in the Lounge are varied, friendly, talented, and entertaining. The Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Interns of potential improvements: 1. The drink prices are a bit high. 2. The parking fees are very high.”

“The hotel is located in a serine quite location with most terraces overlooking the ocean from a distant. All was great except for : 1. The window AC when on sounded like a jet engine getting ready to take off. 2. the grounds off the balconies are in poor shape with dying vegetation among some greenery.”

“No consistent contact w staff on text and could not get them to answer. Thankfully we were able to check in around normal time as two staff returned as we were about to park and leave our belongings on site in our car. Overall room was satisfiable but hard to recommend due to lack of communication from staff.”
