“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! Spencer was extemely accommodating,and made……

“This property resembles a motel. I had trouble with the booking and had to call to resolve my reservation discrepancy. AC didn’t work at all. Hair dryer broken. Iron broken. Dirty rug. Outdated and rundown rooms. Provincetown is an expensive destination and the price of this hotel reflected the quality. I expected much more for my stay although I’m out on activities all day. I want to be fair to readers and emphasize this is a shabby hotel.”
