“First of all, this was a tremendous house. Very spacious living room/den/kitchen area that allowed our entire group to spend time together easily. The bedrooms were ample and clean. The basement was very fun and full of games (pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc). Wraparound deck with hot tub. Just a great house. The location was literally minutes away from Hunter Mountain and up the street from a supermarket. The nearby town was very quaint and we spent time walking around a bit. Joseph, the……

“We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options.
