"Derek was an excellent host. The place was on a beautiful location right on the lake with all the perfect amenities. "

"The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)"

"Place was a little dingy and could definitely use refreshing. BUT we enjoyed every moment because family that does not live near each other were together for the weekend. I did not appreciate having a religious picture (the last supper) and other religious paraphernalia around the place. The location was perfect. We had a Memorial Service for my brother at the Stockard Inn and had friends who live in Niskayuna. "

"Lovely home and property. Lots of space, fit everyone and then some! Ample bedrooms with lots of bed combinations to choose from. Had everything you could need, bathrooms stocked with toiletries incase you forgot anything. The game room downstairs was a huge hit as well. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My friends and I booked this incredible home for a reunion. We were looking for something big enough to accommodate our large group, and were so pleased to find this property. This was the most perfect place for us to gather. The rooms were all great, the gathering spaces are welcoming and large enough to comfortably accommodate our crew. "For the price it was a decent stay "

"I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. "
