「My husband and I traveled up from Virginia to get our daughter for a little Thanksgiving getaway from her studies at Eastman. We enjoyed the cozy stay with gorgeous water views and walking trail with close proximity to shops and the charming businesses of Canandaigua. We had a wonderful time!」

「The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends.
The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned....

「Great location on lake and services at hotel were great. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Twin beds were low to ground but comfortable. Kitchen was great and had coffee for in the morning. Nice patio for fresh air!」

「Prior to the stay, I must say that the host was quite accommodating. She answered all my questions in a timely way, and provided necessary information. She really was quite pleasant and accommodating. Upon arrival at the home (it was Thanksgiving Day) I found several concerns. Broken and hanging by a cord kitchen light switch & a broken upstairs banister. There was a "strange smell" throughout the I was unable use the coat closet because it was packed with cleaning apparatus and plastic bags...

「Quick trip to check out the Fall colors. The condo was clean and just as advertised. Everything worked. Good and hot water shower pressure. Communication with the host was excellent. I would stay there again when back to the area.」

「We had an amazing time staying at this Lakeview Condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and facilities. It was a perfect spot for our family and there was plenty of room. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer and the amenities of the facility were also great. Traveling here in the fall was breathtaking and the views from the balcony were lovely. We will definitely be back!!!」
