“Seamless check-in, lots of room for the family to spread out or all sit together at the same table. Pool is well cared for and there is plenty of shade and sun on the deck. Beds are comfortable, place was clean, 2 frig's! So nice to have bay access with a dock, fish we're caught! 5 minute drive to a wonderful winery or lake Ontario Stone beach in the other direction.”

“The house was really lovely. There were plenty of supplies, and everything was in working order. We enjoyed a stress free visit to this lake house.”

“This property was awesome! We were in town for a 70th birthday celebration and needed a gathering place before and after…..and sleeping room for our 3 kids and their spouses and their kids! The heated pool was a hit keeping the kids busy while adults “caught up”. The barn was so much fun to explore and was our backup in case of rain. Then every night the ones still standing would gather around the fire pit and make S’mores. The old farmhouse was new in all the right places but still had so……

“Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home on Sodus Bay. The location couldn’t be more perfect—the private beach was ideal for relaxing mornings with coffee, and the dock made it so easy to get out on the water. We spent hours swimming, kayaking, and just taking in the views.The house itself was spotless, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The layout worked great for our family—the in-law unit gave us extra space and privacy, which was a huge plus. The main home……

“Excellent property. It is secluded enough to feel like you’re in your own world. The home was very clean, stocked appropriately and the kitchen was stocked with quality dishes/glasses/etc.The rooms were large, clean and the beds were high quality. The hosts directions and info were informative and covered everything you’d need to know.There was ample fire wood supplied and the outside space was fantastic- though the rear yard wasn’t enormous, the view was spectacular.I wouldn’t recommend……

“this was the perfect site to stay at for a work group. we were able to split up into male/female apartments. parking was good at the house and readily available for overflow nearby. everything was clean and new looking. beds were super comfortable! The only negative was that the walls are pretty thin, so you hear everything above and beside your rooms and the neighbor was really loud with tv/radio some mornings/evenings. But overall, I give it 5 stars! ”

“The view can’t be beat. We had a great time. Just wish the weather had been better but that can’t be controlled.”

“Our second time here and it is absolute bliss. We love the cottage and the views are amazing. Two fire pits make for lovely evenings and the sunsets are fantastic. The hosts have very thoughtfully thought of all the basics. Bring your food beverage and bathing suits. We will be back. Thank you so much!”

“We had a great long weekend. The space was better than the pictures. Lots of room, amazingly stocked, fans galore, central air, a walk into the town/ lighthouse, huge yard and beautiful view from the overhanging deck. We do rentals regularly and this was a gem!”
