“Good communication prior to and on arrival. Enjoyed the amenities TV, Hot Tub, and grilling. Not a bad ride up to the race track. Thank you”

“Great place with a great location. Parking was smooth with easy street parking that the host registered us for so we didn’t have to move our car. Bed was super comfortable and it was great having the front room that overlooked the park. Walking access to a number of great bars and restaurants. Also loved walking through the park in the morning. It is a 3rd floor walk-up, so be prepared for that. It worked fine for us, but may be difficult if you have mobility concerns. Great communication with……

“There was no comforter or quilt on the king sized bed. Only 2 sheets. I didn’t sleep comfortably because of it. The bed frame with white upholstery was dingy with stains and crusted who-knows-what (bloody booger?) There were no hand towels in the bathrooms or a place to hang them except for the hook behind the door. The host did not check in with us during our stay. Otherwise, the listing was accurate and the place was spacious and other areas were relatively clean. There were no check out……

“Tatyana and Phillip have a great space. It is located near the Hudson River. The property is well maintained and just as described in Vrbo. The furnishings are tastefully appointed and the high ceilings give a sense of the glories of yesteryear. Everything a visitor would need is right here. Communication with the hosts was easy and clear. We enjoyed our stay.”

“This unique, light-filled apartment in the heart of Troy made for a comfortable weekend stay. Restaurants, RPI, coffeehouses, the farmers market, bookstores, everything you would want to visit is in walking distance. In the beautiful historic building, the materials used in the renovated apartment were higher quality than expected, and the space overall was larger than it looks in photographs because of the high ceiling. Do wear the provided fresh pair of earplugs for the best sleep, as there is……

“The house was great and we had a blast! Great location and Tim was AWESOME. We will return.”

“Found this gem on a whim after deciding on last minute plans to a show nearby. Perfect location and the room is exactly as pictured! Modern, cozy and safe. After show drinks at Ilium and late night Herbies Burgers across the street were such an added bonus! Will definitely be returning!”

“The house was generally clean. However, the entry door was a big turnoff. The screen was ripped and the screen door was pretty dirty. It was not a good first impression. However, the inside of the house was clean. It was nice that there was off street parking. Another plus was that there were places to eat within walking distance.”
