“Love staying at the Inn at Holiday Valley. Comfortable spacious rooms. Hot Tub, Sauna, pool. Breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location. Nice views.”

“Very clean and quiet location. Comfortable and updated room. Would recommend”

“There was no cleaning of the room - said ever since Covid they don’t”

“The property looks like it's getting set up to be a great property to stay at, but still a lot of TLC needed in the rooms and community area. Our room was without any hand soap in the bathroom, no wash clothes only bath towels. There was very limited parking when we arrived (we were a bit later in the evening 10 o'clock) Lighting not very good. I think this property has great potential, but the little things like towels and hand soap, shampoo if (offering, etc.) should be available.”

“its a very cute place. enjoyed the pool and hot tub. many of the light fixtures do not work. the drain in the bathroom sink was EXTREMELy slow”

“Denny was readily available to answer my questions. Appreciated the restaurant suggestions he gave. Wildflower 16 was just the right amount of space for the 2 of us.”

“Wonderful condo! Great location, perfectly described with lots of amenities not listed. Easy check in. Stacey is a great host and we look forward to staying again! Great off season value too. So nice to just relax but also lots to do!”

“Very nice hosts ! It’s more of a 3 minute drive to the resort but the condo was clean with lots of amenities ! Shampoos, coffee etc ! It be perfect in the Fall / Winter but with temps in the 80 s , it would have been nice to have AC but the fan provided did a nice job ! Can’t say enough with the communication and hospitality of the host ! 5 stars”

““This place is absolutely awesome! The rooms are very nice and super clean. The hospitality was outstanding – welcoming, and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great service.””

“Very responsive hosts. Tidy and easy access. Thanks!”

“Great place to host multiple families with separate suites. Suite 102 could use a door or hanging curtain to separate the main bedroom from the shared bathroom and shower hallway.”

“Very enjoyable stay…would definitely stay there again!”

“The Vrbo was great. Highly recommend if attending events nearby in Ellicottville or at Holiday Valley. The environment was pristine and quiet.”

“A great spot for home base as we explored New York/Niagra. Close to holiday valley resort for other activities including pool, mountain coaster, zip lining. Clean home, everything we needed!”

“Perfect stay for the weekend. It’s nothing fancy but it has everything you need! The walk to town is less than 10 minutes away and it the cutest! Great bars, restaurants and shops!”

“Great location, comfortable beds, but a bit dated.”
