“Super clean and super cute. Only 15 minutes from Dreams Park and about 15 minutes from town which made for a very private and quiet stay. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would stay there again!”

“This was such a beautiful property, and the homeowners were absolutely lovely! I would love to visit again!”

“The cabin in tge woods was enchanting, cozy and perfect for our needs! Family loved the downtime playing games and relaxing. Wish we had better weather because we could see there was so much more to do. We will be back next year when we come through town again!”

“This house has a very calming energy, it felt very peaceful and private and the surrounding area is beautiful. The hosts were kind and attentive, the artwork there is very beautiful and energetically grounding, I stayed there for over a week and left feeling refreshed ”

“The property served our needs for a one night stay in Caroga Lake. Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare. We had no wireless service in the area and the host did not provide very good directions. As we had no cell phone service, we could not call the host. We ended up going to the pist office and we were fortunate that a gentleman who was picking up his mail helped direct us to the unit otherwise we would have never found it. The unit was a bit rustic for my wife’s taste. Also, there were……

“The cabin is located in a very quiet area. We enjoyed our solitude surrounded by nature. The highlight was the bird and frog songs, especially at dusk. Sitting on the deck, we could hear 4 types of frogs (tree frog, green frog, bull frog and peeper) plus several birds. It was very enjoyable. The walk from the cabin along the road up north is beautiful. There were tons of bright orange salamanders at dusk. We also enjoyed hiking several trails nearby (in Ferris Lake Wilderness Area). The cabin is……

“Rented this place for a romantic getaway and the listing was so nostalgic just had to experience itThe place is gorgeous. The owners put such thought and money into little items.Couch is exquisite not made for lounging but the bedroom was extra comfortableCheck in and out was no issueThe owner Chris was super responsive to questions. We had an issue with the internet speed and he was faster than 5G coming down to look at the box.The owner has beautiful pictures posted of the property I have……

“This cabin was a wonderful find. The setting was beautiful, and the cabin itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the clever design and tasteful decor, which made excellent use of the space while creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.”

“The main problem was this listing showed a very nice game room which is not part of the property but it showed on the site until after we had arrived. That is the only reason we booked this property. The host then corrected the error in the site but the game room was definitely showing as one of the rooms in this cabin. So we did not get what we believed were paying for. There were too many steps for us but also the steps and the railings were not good. Not enough seating for four adults -……

“Great vibes and great views. Peaceful, art-filled space for a lovely weekend alone. Comfortable bed. I spent a lot of time on the screened in patio watching the lake. Quiet street, perfect for walking or biking.”

“We loved the Black Bear Cabin! It is adorably decorated. The colors and finishes chosen are perfect. We sighed a breath of relief and immediately felt relaxed. We agreed it’s the best-stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at, including the old time-shares. There are many items that are so thoughtful, from the s’mores supplies to the coffee supplies (thank you!!!) to the adult coloring books and the various baggies and wraps. The king bed was extremely comfortable and plush. The pillows are very……

“This was my fourth stay at this property. I am going back two more times this year. The marina is located in a perfect place away from boat traffic. The cabin has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay.”

“My husband and I had a great time paddling here. The equipment provided was well cared-for, and the dock made it super easy to get out on the water.Visitors, note that the bedrooms are up a very tight and steep staircase, so getting to the bathroom in the middle of the night was a challenge for me.The shower is also a tight squeeze, and the ventilation not great. (But truly, we were thankful for running water, as we usually tent camp in the ADK.)Overall, this house had everything we needed; good……

“Lovely property and the cabin was clean comfortable ”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin was everything it was advertised. As and maybe a little more a little off, the beaten path in the middle of the woods, but it was perfect for the purpose. We were looking for would one hundred percent stay there again if the need arose”

“Great hosts that are very attentive and thoughtful. Property was quaint and cute. It’s not a lot of space, but I think the perfect amount of space. The cedar paneling made the place smell so lovely. Would definitely return again”
