“We had a nice stay and overall enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, had plenty of seating, and the host was very nice, responsive, and helpful. We stayed during the summer and chose the location because we were looking to enjoy some of the outdoor activities in the area. The house is conveniently located right off a main road, which made getting around easy. Walmart is about 15 minutes away, Old Forge is approximately 44 minutes, and Ager Falls is only about 10 minutes away. There are……

“Excellent location for 4 wheeling. Well insulation to keep air temperature stable. We had an issue with the air conditioning ... repairs were done immediately. The toilets are both very small, low to the ground. I have a knee issue and my boyfriend is over 6 feet. I had to go to the nearby Walmart to get a riser toilet seat. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again. We made sure to clean thoroughly before leaving. We brought sleeping bags rather than having to bring sheets……

“Excellent home , beautiful inside and out very clean through out the home. Excellent parking with great access to the areas attractions. Communication was not great but it boils down to Vrbo notification processes not the host. Highly recommended location we would stay again! Thank you Phillip!”

“We were very pleased with the house. Easy parking. Instructions helped on place to go and what to do on exiting. We were very comfortable. The living area and kitchen floor were dirty with dirt and pet hair. I wiped the bottom of the chairs. I love pets have one of my own. Have others also. Overall I would come back. My 9 year old grandson played ball in the front yard.”

“we had a wonderful day at a beautifully new home, it has a great location and was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. The home is sparsely decorated. We feel that it would be a 10 out of 10 if it actually had some furniture. Communications were great. The owners are nice and we’re easily accessible by text through the VRBO app recommended if you are staying in the area it’s easy access to the trails and the main roads. I’m not sure how good it would be in the winter because of the……

“We enjoyed our stay and the hostess was very nice and responded quickly to any questions. We did have an issue with the a/c going out and they provided 4 window units within a couple of hours. They definitely believed in taking care of there renters. Nothing fancy was a clean house with all the needs you could ask for. Highly recommend this house...”

“Cash only!? Seriously?”

“Everything was great. It was what we expected, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. It is a little overpriced for what it is and where it's located”

“Nothing at this time.”

“Tucked away in the country where its quite and peaceful. This cabin was prefect for our fishing adventure. The host Mr. Turnbull was more than accommodating and his hospitality was the best. Looking forward to staying here again!”

“This place was booked last minute on 4th of July weekend and it turned out to be a great booking. Place is definitely worth staying and I will be booking it again..”
