“The level of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. “Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us”

“L'hôtel est très accueillant, une jolie maison en pierre dans un jardin qui invite à se relaxer près de la piscine. Les réceptionnistes sont gentils et à l'écoute. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie excellente ; la climatisation très bien réglée est plus qu'appréciable en été. Se garer est assez facile quand les autres clients font l'effort de ne pas prendre deux places pour une seule voiture... les points faibles : L'évacuation de la douche était complètement bouchée. “Great place to stay ”

“Me and my friend stopped here for 3 nights in August. We had a motorbike accident and went to the hospital where they wouldn’t dress my wounds or really want to help at all. When we got back to the hotel the receptionist was really concerned and got a member of staff who was a first aider (Mateja). They came to the room to clean and dress my wounds, they returned twice after that to re dress my wounds before going back home. I couldn’t thank Mateja enough for her help and concern. “Başta oteli bulmakta zorlandık hem apartman var hem hotel var ve hotel olan villa royal kapatılmış rezervasyonumuz nereye oldu diye gece endişelenirken hemen yanına başka bir isimde otel yapmışlar ve aşırı temiz kullanışlı resepsiyonist ilgili bize durumu anlatıp odamıza kadar kendi eşlik etti.
