「This being only our second time to be in Gatlinburg, we were not sure what to expect. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The view was great and we had a chance to see a beautiful big black bear down below our balcony which was exciting to see. Our visit to Gatlinburg could not have been any better.」

「Great location! Able to walk to shops/dining without dealing with traffic. The unit was clean, however, you could tell it’s been a rental for a while. There were some maintenance issues the owner quickly addressed which was much appreciated! Overall, great property. 」

「The heat wouldn’t stay set. Everyday we had to set it then come in and reset . Light switches wouldn’t work right. Back shower water never got hot . Electrical plug in first bedroom needs to be fastened into wall, near dresser. Back bedroom you couldn’t open the closet. Door wouldn’t slide on carpet. A ice maker would be nice. Location is great . 」
