「Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. Spent almost 200 euro on roaming the three days. Local contact said would do his best but no luck. Communication complicated too with local contact as network not working, payment was...

「Communication and location both great, as were the Sails facilities. Our only concern was the size and layout of some aspects of the two bedroom villa / eg the powder room. Very small. And not being able to use the spa jets in the bathroom, but that’s likely a short term issue. Very good location and a nice pool. 」

「A perfect location for all the strand has to offer. Leonie was very helpful with my needs regarding my disability. A very good pleasant place... Rooms were sound proofed... Lovely pool and gardens and a stones throw from the beach. Gated car parking, undercover. 」

「A beautiful property, However, our room faced the Magnetic Ferry Terminal. Was woken up both mornings by trucks engine noise and air brakes at 5:40am. If you want quiet ask for a room away from the noisy trucks and cars.」
