“I had a mixed stay. The good? The staff are lovely overall. The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call……

“Lovely accommodation, really secluded and very easy to switch off and relax. The plunge pool was a real bit of luxury. The shower was difficult to maintain the temperature and on our last morning was cold. ”

“I paid for it and then the property owner told me it wasn’t available I want a refund ASAP”

“The Host was very pleasant however the the room smelt like cigars and the carpet on one side of the bed was soaking wet. ”

“Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. ”

“Definitely not luxury, aged cobwebs in room, as well as insects. Mismatched towels/ face towels, basic Kmart bath mat. Spa had flakes coming off jets and no evidence of how it is cleaned between guests. Also in guest lounge of a night, no idea how to light the room except with the lamps, and also air con remote no where to be seen.”
