“My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here!”

“Convenient location, close to Tsugaike and Iwatake where the property owner will drop you daily in the morning and pick up in the afternoon on request. The shuttle bus stop to the other resorts is a short walk from the accommodation. Alan is a good host and is very friendly and obliging. He picked us up on short request when we picked up our ski gear on the first day and dropped us off where we wanted to drop our ski gear on the last day.
