"This was by far my best hotel experience ever in my 42 years of life. The staff are the manifestation of true Japanese hospitality and attention to detail in each of their gestures. The room was beautiful, the tatami very comfortable and the onsen experience unique. I recommend having breakfast and dinner every day of your stay as the food quality and service surpasses anything available in town. Will be going back for sure."

"I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Kinosaki Onsen. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—truly some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced. Every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and thoughtful. The food was outstanding. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and full of flavor, easily one of the highlights of the stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly designed in a traditional style, which really added to the overall experience. Everything was spotless and well-prepared. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and perfectly in tune with the atmosphere of Kinosaki Onsen."

"Staff were incredibly attentive and nice. Even with the language barrier they went above and beyond using Google Translate to explain the courses of our dinners and breakfasts, as well as information about the town. The hotel was slightly out of town (15mins walk) but they have a shuttle that was basically on demand. We wanted to go into town for the night and they dropped and picked us up at our desired time. The property is also tucked at the base of a mountain which made for a beautiful location. Overall a relaxing stay and a highlight of my 3 week trip around Japan. "
