"This size of room was great for the price paid, bed was comfortable, Room was clean And loved the colors which makes a room not look for feel like just a room and I appreciate the workers has pleasant attitudes and especially when the front desk person is welcoming. I would for sure stay again. "

"The Illusion of the room offered online, was NOWHERE NEAR what was pictured!!! Horrible Scent. My grandchildren who came to visit called it creepy and they didn’t even want to sit down. I didn’t even sit down. I ended up finding another hotel across town for one night for $111. I was still charged for the room that I didn’t occupy which I’m sure was occupied by some other unsuspecting soul. Which is unfortunate. There was also a Man watching me, as I came up and down the stairs with bags and suitcases, with no elevator access. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund for the night that I was charged for the room through PayPal, since I never occupied this room. "
