“The room we stayed in was a little outdated but we liked that. The room was so huge and was very inexpensive. The walking distance to shopping and dinning was very little and was in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was way above your traditional other hotels. We will definitely be reserving another room again.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable we enjoyed staying there the balcony overlooks a small stream and we walked down to it and they had chairs and tables set up with fire pit and grill we will stay there again next year ”

“Lovely stay! Fireplace in room, great shower, comfy beds & beautiful view from balcony- saw black bears along river bank! Only negative- saw assh*les took up 2 parking spaces w/ their trucks. We came back from dinner & were told to park down the street & walk back to the hotel. We paid for parking! Why weren’t the truck owners told to move?”
