We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. “at least 10 long hair stocked in the Tub. Broken Button at the Jazzuci. Water was Too Dirty with many Hair. Late check out had to ask again and again, so this was so annoying. Room was NOT ready until 4:47 Pm. , BUT NO one said Sorry for that, and NO Compensation for it. Late check out until 12:30 in the morning, and this policy made customer couldn't sleep well. The Message sent from a manager to me Didn't help , even though she /he looked like to help me. it just wasted my time to message……

“I ignored the bad reviews, and i regretted it
Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20 in any other hotel, the place was dirty, no uhmmm no recently used dirty, no like they kinda made our bed. The floor was sticky and there was crude everywhere
The shower was no working oh and the “hot buffet” the same food you can get for “free” in any other hotel
Save you a bad time and don’t book this place”
