The hotel is under new management and recently renovated. The new owner Christina and the front desk manager Jo-Ann were extremely pleasant and very helpful. The Inn is located in heart of downtown Phoenixville in walking distance to restaurants, cafes and many unique shops. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Phoenixville area, I highly recommend you check out the Mainstay Inn

Talk about a NICE ac! That was a good experience, it’s an older hotel, but it’s a quaint lil spot that we enjoyed. We weren’t in the room all to much, but that’s okay. Only that can coulda made it better was if we had free parking! No worries on that, we supported the local church during our stay.

The room was super clean, Mr. Ray was fantastic and super helpful as a local guide for restaurants and events nearby. Room was quiet, and the Roku enabled TV was nice to wind down after a night out. Amazing sights nearby and great neighborhoods to walk within an half hour or so. The Dim Dum spot nearby is amazing, so is the plant nursery/odds and ends store. Only complaint is the bar soap will dry your skin a bit, otherwise the hotel is perfect.

Mainstay is a perfect location for the Phoenixville downtown! The Italian restaurant downstairs is also delicious. Only thing to take note is the space, two is perfect per room but 2+ may be a little tight since it is less space.
