Lovely village

The only criticism we would make is that access is not easy, especially when it is dark. Quite dangerous.

Monte Tabor- viggiona

We were quite disappointed when we arrived at Monte Tabor House. First, the garden was different from the pictures, not well maintained, not clean and with very old garden materials. In the house, the cleaning was quite approximative, the bedding was really unconfortable with veery old mattress and bed covers dirty...the rest was ok.

Solide, rustikale Wohnung, obwohl mitten im Ortskern gelegen, sehr ruhig. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund, aber auch für vier Personen wäre ausreichend Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nette Unterkunft ideal, wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist. Der Steingarten ist etwas ungepflegt aber hat seinen Charme. Wlan funktionierte nicht. Einziger wirklicher Minuspunkt ist der Zugang zum Haus der dunkel, heruntergekommen und abends nicht beleuchtet ist.

Schönes Ferienhaus, ein wenig abseits und sehr ruhig. Parkplatz, wie beworben, ca 100 m entfernt. Schnelle und freundliche Betreuung. Gerne wieder.

Wie gesagt zu weit entfernt von dem nächsten Ort . Straße war sehr eng und steil . Unterkunft bis auf die dürftige Beleuchtung in der war in Ordnung, sehr ruhig !

Aufenthalt Monte Tabor

Wer die Abgeschiedenheit liebt und keine Panoramaaussicht braucht, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Man hat alles, was man braucht in diesem Haus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Mobiliar geht in Ordnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr liebenwürdig und kümmert sich um alle Belange. Für ältere Leute weniger geeignet, da steiler Treppenaufgang.

Nettes Häuschen mit ansprechen...

Nettes Häuschen mit ansprechender Einrichtung in sehr ruhiger Rand–Dorflage, der terrassierte Garten tw. wild, obere Terrasse mit Blick über den See. Die Nachbargrundstücke sind leider nicht sehr gepflegt. Essen auf der Terrasse unter der Palme angenehm geschützt. Die Sauberkeit hat leider erst nach 1 Stunde Putzen und Terrasse–kehren einigermaßen meinen Vorstellungen entsprochen. Ausstattung der Küche war großenteils ordentlich, der Fernseher mit deutschen Sender und DVD hat gut funktioniert. Fazit: Eine gute Unterkunft in guter Berglage in leicht verfallenem Umfeld. Wäre es etwas gepflegter, hätten wir uns noch etwas wohler gefühlt. Reisetipps: Viggiona ist ein kleiner, angenehmer typisch ital. Dorf, Serpentinen führen in 10 Min. mit dem Auto von Cannero Rivera hoch, das Auto wird vor Ort gebraucht. 2 gute und günstige Restaurants sind am Ort, Einkauf in Trarego oder Rivera. Rivera hat einen netten Strand zum Baden, Viggiona ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ins Hinterland, die Straßen zur Anfahrt in die Berge gewöhnungsbedürftig eng. Insgesamt ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Urlaubsgebiet für Leute mit und ohne Kinder.

Een heerlijk huis voorzien van...

Een heerlijk huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Het huis was schoon en netjes en we werden vriendelijk onthaald bij de sleuteloverdracht. De tuin heeft verschillende niveaus waar je kunt zitten met uitzicht over Viggiona en het Lago Maggiore. Reistips: Cannero Riviera bevindt zich op 6,5km heuvelafwaarts, een rustig dorpje aan het Lago Maggiore met een prachtig strand en diverse restaurantjes en terrasjes. Langs het Lago Maggiore genoeg vertier te vinden. Als je van wandelen houdt, is Viggiona zelf aleen goed startpunt voor diverse prachtige wandelingen.

Unterkunft leider nicht wirkli...

Unterkunft leider nicht wirklich in einem guten Zusatnd. Das Bad hat deutliche Schimmel–Spuren, der Putz löst sich von der Decker. Nicht Gesundheitsfördernd. Stühle im Wohnzimmer (4) erlauben es nicht sich anzulehnen. Wir haben die Kontaktperson vor ort auf die Mängel hingewiesen: Diese sind ihr bekannt und Sie hat den Besitzer angeblich darüber informiert. Eigentlich schade so etwas im Urlaub zu erleben. Im Garten leben mehrere Katzen deren Kot furchtbar riecht. Ein Marder lebt unter dem Dach. Der Zugang zum Haus (durch einen Tunnel) ist grusselig. Mit Koffer vom Parkplatz, sofern man einen findet, ist sehr beschwerlich. Nach Viggiona Trarego gelangt man über eine 5 Kilometer lange Serpentinen –Fahrt. Die Strasse nach oben ist sehr eng ein bis eineinhalb spurig und wer einen großen Wagen fährt muss schauen wie er weiterkommt, d.h.öfter mal zurücksetzen bis er einen Bucht findet um entgegenkommende Fahrzeuge durch zu lassen. Vorsicht is geboten. Preis–Leistung was die Unterkunft anbelangt eher eine 4 Minus. Leider Reisetipps: Viggiona Trarego gibt es eine wirklich schöne Kirche lohnt sich diese anzuschauen. Occabanio ist die nächst größere Stadt, mt vielen Restaurants direkt am See, kann man sehr gut essen., Samstags gibt es einen Markt mit allerlei Kunst, Essen, Klamotten entlang der Promenade.–Verbania hat eine kleine Einkaufsmeile sollte man gesehen haben. Ansonsten sind alle Ortschaften am Lago schön zu erreichen und Ausflüge lohnen sich. Sehr schönes Urlaubsgebiet immer wieder gerne, aber nicht mehr in Viggiona Trarego im Haus Mont Tabor

Schöne, geräumige und saubere ...

Schöne, geräumige und saubere Ferienwohnung. Der Eingang ist etwas versteckt, die Lage mitten im schönen Dorf. Der Ausblick aus den Fenstern ist etwas eingeschränkt durch vorgelagerte Häuser, der terrassierte Stein–Garten wunderbar, mit vielerlei Sitzmöglichkeiten auf unterschiedlichen Höhen. Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Toll!
