Summary:
This historic building gives you a unique vacation with opportunities to tour the historic grounds and all that it once was. The remodeled buildings now house condos, cafes, restaurants and, retails stores for locals and visiting guests to enjoy.
The Space:
As you enter our condo, called Brick Haven on the third floor, you are first welcomed into a large common area. Terrazzo hardwood flooring, original tall brick walling and, high ceilings bringing plenty of character and charm to our home. The high ceilings and tall windows allow sunlight to fill the condo with splendor and allow for beautiful starry nights.
The newly remodeled kitchen has plenty of storage space, a large island, cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee pot, cooking oils, and spices for guest use. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all share the large space creating a fluid environment for you and your group to enjoy without any social exclusions.
The Master Bedroom has a touch of Eurocentricity with a tiled archway above the king bed, adding some prestige to your traveling experience. The second bedroom, left of the entryway and down the hallway has a comfortable queen bed, space for luggage, a leather bench and, a large window for a starry bedtime view. The third bed is a queen size, found in the sleeper sofa in the spacious living room area.
The condo has 1 full bathroom down the hall just before the queen bedroom and a half bathroom in the common area. We have one television in the living room where you can access your own personal Netflix account and also use the Bluetooth speaker. Being located right above amazing restaurants, and shops you don’t have to travel far to have a great time.

Located in the Village at Grand Traverse Commons, our condo sits on the 3rd floor of the Mercato building which houses many shops, restaurants, and drink options!

Getting Around:
The Village at Grand Traverse Commons is the Perfect place to walk around, no vehicle needed! It is also only 2 miles to downtown Traverse City!!
Other Things to Note:
Condo Rules & Regulations:
1. No pets in any rental of less than 6 months
2. No smoking anywhere in the building, units, balconies, or within 15 feet of the building and steps. "Smoking" shall include the inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying of any lighted cigarette, cigar or other tobacco product, marijuana, vaping, or illegal substance."
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am – Including balconies and hallways.
4. Noise should remain at levels considerate of neighbors next to, above, and below the source at all times.
5. Trash/garbage: Owners and renters are required to remove all trash/garbage to the outdoor containers or dumpsters located near the building. Trash shall not be placed in the hallways or laundry rooms. Recycle bins are located in the laundry rooms for your convenience.
6. No parties or events that may create a noise disturbance or nuisance.
7. Parking: Only one temporary parking permit per rental, per stay. This parking pass allows the guest to park in any of the Mercado parking lots. Any additional cars can be parked further from the building.
8. Do not share elevator code with anyone not staying in the unit. Visitors and food delivery must be met downstairs.
9. Limit rental guests to 2 adults per bedroom plus 2 additional people.
10. Bikes and baby strollers and other personal belongings are prohibited from the residential hallways and porches. Shoes, boots, skis, or snowshoes must be placed on a non-permeable mat or tray capable of collecting water and debris.
Check-In: Is at 4pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)
Check-Out: Is at 10am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM.)
**Please note when booking you will incur the following charges under Required Fees:
- Processing Fee: 3%
- Cleaning Fee: $160
In addition, you will also be charged with a security Deposit of $500 fully refundable within 14 days of your stay, as long as no damages occur.

Guests will be able to reach out at any point with questions or concerns via call, text, or Airbnb. We strive to be readily available to all guests.
