Welcome to East Bay Bliss, a stunning 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom waterfront home perfectly situated on Mission Point in Traverse City. With panoramic views of Grand Traverse Bay from nearly every room, this spacious retreat offers the ultimate blend of comfort, luxury, and Northern Michigan charm.

The Space:
Step outside to your own private beachfront paradise—complete with a fire pit, paddleboards, and a private dock where you can bring your own boat. Unwind in the hot tub, enjoy evenings around the fire, or gather on the outdoor furniture for a meal grilled to perfection on the gas grill or griddle. With ample parking and a 2-car garage, there’s plenty of room for everyone.

Inside, you’ll find multiple living and entertaining areas, a large kitchen and dining space ideal for group meals, and both a gas and wood-burning fireplace for cozy nights in. The home is pet-friendly, making it the perfect spot for the whole family to enjoy.

We ended up not taking our dogs just becuase of the extra work on our part but we could have easliy it was perfect for dogs.For kids it could not have been better. The open concept was awesome for us and plenty of beds and bathrooms.Communication was fantastic I had to ask a couple questions and Marc got back with me each time within minutes.Absolutely loved this property!!!Tom Farrell
