I loved my stay at the Sentral. The apartment was clean, very well appointed with a great design sense and in the same building as whole foods so I could cook meals easily. As a bonus it is literally at Union Station and next to the regional railway so i was able to get from the airport to the apartment and from there back and forth to family without a car. Highly recommended.

Had a handicap room withe the shower amenities. The combo tub/Shower was not installed properly. The tub was not set properly when built. The tub moved when I stepped in and the tub stopper would not stay up if you moved around, so I took my shower with the tub filling up.

Our TV wouldn't work, they did offer to move us rooms but it was already late at night. We then found a booger on the nightstand and the shower wasn't the cleanest. Breakfast was mediocre.

It is a modern hotel, and overall the property is clean. The staff seemed to lack some knowledge, but they were helpful and kind. I heard complaints from other patrons about lack of housekeeping, which we choose not to utilize in our room during our short stay. The pool area is very small. Breakfast was not well stocked and was poor quality. Coffee was good.

Very clean, rooms are a little weird no coffee pot no dresser or furniture really. The pool is unusual, it is tiny 3 feet deep and looks too old for the brand new hotel almost like they dug half a pool half deep and gave up! No hot tub unless they heat up that tiny pool they could call it a hot tub it's that small! Other than that nice hotel

Clean room, but it was not serviced on the first day other than clean towels. Breakfast day 1 was a disaster. No coffee, no eggs, no muffins. Breakfast the 2 morning was better but not not much improvement. Pool was the size of a postage stamp. This was very unexpected for an IHG property.
