  • This historic 2 bedroom condo elevated with modern features is perfect for your visit to Traverse City! Located in the Grand Traverse Commons, boasting with boutique shops, eateries, outdoor space and more! Only one mile from downtown TC and the beautiful bay making it very walkable or catch the free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Brick haven is the perfect spot to be!

    ~Living room has a full size sleeper sofa
    ~Bathroom 1: Walk in stone shower located in the hallway
    ~Bathroom 2: Half bath, located off of the living room/kitchen
    ~Open concept kitchen / dining / living room with bright natural light
    ~We are located in Building 800 that boasts all the boutique shops and eateries!
    Our condo is on the third floor with elevator access. Free parking right out front and also a free shuttle to downtown! Enjoy this amazing renewed treasure that's comfortable, spacious and beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in the most perfect location. Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, and incredibly comfortable beds and linens. Highly recommend!

Loved this condo! Super clean, just like the photos (maybe better). Loved the high ceilings and architecture. Decorated lovely and had all the essentials!! Well stocked, cozy blankets. Also loved the family games and big table in the living room to play them on. We stay in rentals every year and this is probably in my top 3 places!! Thank you!
