1️⃣ Sign a separate rental agreement for your stay (sent to you after booking the property) and upload your driver's license to verify your identity on our secure property management site. This is done to protect our property and guests.
2️⃣ A security deposit hold of $300 is placed against your credit card 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure pending inspection (a temporary hold — not a charge, similar to hotels).
