This spacious 1340 square foot handicap and stroller accessible main level condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, in suite laundry, and a large kitchen with snack bar overlooking a spacious open floor plan. Plenty of storage and room to relax. Updated flooring, furniture, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Nice walkout patio with sitting area.

Nice location. Beds were comfy. Floors were dirty. Condo smelled of “Pets”? Maybe. Or smoke? We used our own products to rid the condo of the odors. Could use xtra towels and a few more pillows. Over all stay the as average to good. Too pricey to say excellent for what was offered.

This condo was perfect as our home base for exploring all that Traverse City has to offer. It's within walking distance of downtown and near the water. The wineries on both peninsulas are pleasant drives away. The condo was very comfortable and clean.

I was looking for a spot that would provide close access to Old Mission Peninsula and also be walking distance to the Traverse City downtown area and this condo worked out great for both. The beach area was also within easy walking distance. John and Amanda were excellent hosts and provided great instructions both before our arrival and in the condo. Everything was as-advertised inside. This was perfect for two couples traveling together with both the king and the queen beds and the two full bathrooms. Overall it was very spacious, and having the ability to sit outside on the patio in the evening was nice as well.

We truly loved staying at this condo! Wonderful space, very clean, and well maintained. The neighborhood is adorable, quiet, and safe, with lots of trees and gardens. Very short walk to downtown and the lake. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location! Easy to walk to downtown area and very spacious unit. Loved that their was a park nearby as a young family as well. Hosts were great/easy communicators as well. Only downside is the walls were a little thin it felt like so quite easy to hear neighbors and the unit did have a little wear and tear (e.g., floors were a bit worn, bathroom fans didn't seem to work fully) but overall a good spot with a parking spot to go with it!

This property was just as pictured and featured everything that we needed and then some. The hosts, John and Amanda were very helpful with questions and very quick to respond! Great location in town as well. I highly recommend renting this unit and we would for sure rent again when in town.

Wonderful location and responsive hosts

We enjoyed our stayed, the location was perfect for our group! For the number of people allowed there weren’t enough towels and some were stained and thin. There were only 2 kitchen towels and one of them was stained as well. The refrigerator and freezer needed a good scrub out too.

Wedding weekend

We were in Traverse City for a wedding and stayed 2 nights. We loved this condo, it was very clean and spacious and well stock with everything we needed. The location was great to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Stay!

We had a great time staying at this condo as we stayed in one before, but it was on the upper level. This one was much more easier for my mom who had to use a walker and had a knee replacement. It is the perfect location if you want to be more downtown, which is what we wanted to do and kind of a central location if you wanted to go to any of the other outside places near city or the peninsula. Thank you!
