Lovely cabin on the lake
The cabin was perfect for our stay! Beautiful setting! Cabin was very clean and very well stocked! Had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay very much! Host was very responsive! Would love to return in the summer!

Wow!!! What an amazing place!!
We booked for the weekend for our daughters wedding. When we arrived we were in absolute awe of the view and the home. If you're looking for a negative about this place, its that you have to leave. We wanted to stay and enjoy everything! The house was so clean and eveything was right there. Wow. Wow wow. Is all I can say.

Great stay near Traverse City
We had a great stay at this property near Traverse City. It accommodated our group 11 (6 adults / 5 kids) great! Being right on the lake (and having kayaks available for use) was fantastic. Kitchen was well-stocked. Communication and logistics were a breeze. The only nit we would have is that the basement (where one of the bedrooms is) was quite cold, and there was no way to turn back the air conditioner down there. Despite that, we would still definitely recommend this place!

Gorgeous!
Out of all the properties we’ve stayed at in the Traverse City area, this was by far our favorite! The house is welcoming, had everything we needed, Rich, the owner, was so accommodating. And that view…..stunning! We would definitely stay there again!

Great house on the lake!
Stayed at this property over the memorial day weekend. The house has everything you need. The lake is beautiful. Beautiful backyard with fire pit kayaks, dock everything you need for vacation. Would stay there again. Richard is very helpful and always available.

Thanksgiving on Silver Lake
Our family of ten occupied this house for four nights over Thanksgiving. Wonderful stay! Fully stocked kitchen; beds for everyone; beautiful lakefront views. We had the best gathering in quite awhile and the accommodations add to the pleasure. Definitely will stay again.

Exactly what we needed!
This house was perfect for our 3 small families on Iceman weekend. A bit far from the start line, but a quick 25 minutes from Timber Ridge. The house was spacious and had everything we needed and then some in the kitchen. The lake is gorgeous, and we caught a beautiful sunrise. The teens enjoyed their own space to hang out in the basement away from the parents :-) Overall a really nice rental, and it was nice to chat with the owner the night before we arrived, in case we had any questions.

Great stay!
We slept 12 comfortably in this cabin for a girls family trip! The cabin was super clean, and we had no issues at all. The host is extremely friendly and easy to reach. Definitely would stay again! Beautiful view on the lake too!!

Best Girls Get Away Ever!
All 8 of us loved this house and it could not have been better! Everything we needed was right there on site. We were celebrating each other and the completion of one niece getting "carded" as a new physician and earned a well deserved break! Everything in the home was pristinely clean and comfortable, great beach front was beautiful.We are thinking we will make this an annual event! Thank you to VRBO and by the owner who supernice about answering questions. Thanks for a very fun,memorable trip.

Truly a great spot
This was my first time up here to traverse city and first time renting a home. The place was amazing, clean and I loved the landscape done in the back. Came up on a colder part of the season but nonetheless the getaway for us was needed and this was the perfect choice!

Highly recommend
Great house on a beautiful lake. The house and property were clean and well maintained. Owner was very responsive to questions and checked in during our trip. Location was great. Not to far from downtown TC, wineries, or Sleeping Bear Dunes. My family enjoyed it and never felt on top of each other. The outdoor seating areas were fantastic- both the deck and fire pit. I would highly recommend this beautiful property. The only potential downfall would be the steps down to the water for anyone with mobility issues.

Awesome find on Silver Lake
Property was very clean and well maintained. Host was easy to reach, and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. The property is located on a dead end road, with little to no traffic. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Only a 10 - 15 minute drive to downtown Traverse City (depending on the traffic). 5 stars, would definitely stay here again !

A Great Weekend Away

Winter guys trip. The house is very spacious and was described perfectly in the listing. We planned ice fishing (didn’t catch a thing!), snow skiing/tubing at Mt Holiday, and dinner at a couple places. The house has everything you need (we had 5 people, but the place can hold many more than thatcomfortably). Used the fire pit and chairs that were there. Good communication with the owner. I would rent this again if looking for lakefront just outside of Traverse City

Amazing Stay!
We had a great time at this Vrbo. We were in the area for a wedding. We spent 4 nights here. The property was so clean and the lake front was gorgeous. We had pretty crappy weather which was sad but overall truly enjoyed this stay. We will be back!

Beautiful Silver Lake
Silver Lake is simply beautiful. We enjoyed it boating and from the very nice upper deck off the kitchen and living room. Outdoor furniture was very nice. Had a couple of fires in the fire pit as well. Gorgeous views. Nice kitchen! Kayaks were a bonus !! Very clean property. Plenty of linens too! 💙❤️

First off Richard is absolutely amazing and makes sure you have everything you need checks in every once in a while to make sure everything is still good. The house is so cute, cozy & clean. The fire place down by the lake was definitely out favorite spot! Would recommend 100 times over!

Nicely maintained property. Older. Wonderful lakefront site with great fire pit. Property owner was very helpful and accommodating. A couple of small things needed - cord for DVD player (couldn’t use), light on tree by fire pit burned out, more washcloths and hand sized towels for bathrooms.

A true GEM!!
We originally booked this location for a wedding in the area. While the wedding was canceled, we still decided to come enjoy a change of scenery. How perfect this place was!! We have 3 small children (2.5 and under) and the large rooms allowed for great napping and sleeping locations for all the littles. GREAT proximity to TC. But the best is the view and setting on this quiet lake. The weather couldn't decide if it was fall or summer but we still enjoyed the water via provided kayaks and bonfires down on the waters edge. We plan to come back soon.... The little private beach would be perfect for toddlers and young kids!! Richard was very helpful and attentive. Thank you!!!

We had a great time at this rental. They had everything we needed and the house was comfortable with plenty of room for five adults and two children. We spent most of our time at the water and used the kayaks many times. The raft was perfect for laying in the sun. If you're planning on going into town, Traverse City is 10-15 minute drive. Beautiful house, beautifully appointed, lovely lake. Our family has been renting VRBO for 11 years. This is by far the best experience we have had!! Very comfortable house. The lake was so clean & sandy! The bedrooms were large & comfy! The fire ring was so fun to Use. Kitchen had all the tools we needed & we ate in every single meal Due to food allergies. The owner is extremely attentive and the local caretaker was friendly & helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with our family. Ps to anyone staying there, we rented a pontoon which was delivered to the dock and we had a great time tubing. Worth every extra cent!

We loved this property! The accommodations were as described on the listing. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. There was a sandy entrance and bottom to the swimming access from the property. There was ample seating around the campfire for our group of 6 adults and one child. Great Lakeside Fun
Property was clean, amenities were great, lakeside was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again with my family. The checkin and checkout process were extremely smooth. This made for a great base to explore the Traverse City area as well as a great place to spend all day floating in the lake.
