Essential Information:

Please note: A separate, private lower-level rental is occasionally occupied by the owner. Your privacy is paramount.
This is a smoke-free home. Outdoor smoking is permitted with responsible disposal.
Minimum 3-4 night stay; renters must be 25 years or older.
For stays of 14 nights or longer, a mid-stay clean is required, and extended stays may qualify for a discount.
Monthly rentals are available from November to April. Please inquire for monthly lease terms.

Amazing accommodations. Great place and perfect location if you want to see Leelanau Peninsula. Easy drive to Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leland, and Empire/Sleeping Bear. House was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy entry with the key pad and the house has everything you could possibly want.

A long weekend in Traverse

Our kids and parents stayed in the house while we (my husband and I) attended wedding events in the area for friends. They had a fantastic stay. The house was bigger than we expected and the lot is private. The house was clean with new appliances and fixtures throughout. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.
