This property was a perfect location for the event I was there for. Conveniently located on the main strip. Walking distance to beach and shops. The restaurant was ideal being a single traveler I did not have to search for a place to eat. The food and staff were excellent! Will stay here again.

The new owners are trying very hard to please the customers. It is probably the best full-service hotel lodging option in Frankfort, with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinners. It is a short walk to the beach and lighthouses and a great jumping off point for the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore to the north and Arcadia Dunes to the south.

Quaint, elegant and just an overall great experience. This was our third time at this hotel for our anniversary and we have never been disappointed. New owners are making subtle changes and we were pleased. The staff was amazing and very attentive. The food for brunch was fabulous with a great array of options. The dinner menu looks amazing and I’m sure it is. We just never had the opportunity to experience it, this time around, in the past, we were very pleased.

Our room had a very small bathroom, not much clearance around the toilet. But the rooms vary in size so this was probably the worst in that regard.
