  • Condo unit 304 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

I was in Traverse City for a quick trip and decided to do a VRBO instead of a hotel. Great place with Great Lake views! The master is beautiful and has a nice little balcony overlooking the water. Communication was great. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We spent a great couple of nights enjoing Traverse City. The lodging was clean and the location was fantastic. The view of the bay from out balconies was amazing.

East Bay

Great property to stay at! We loved the view our condo had two balconies that overlooked the east bay. The property owner sent us a few helpful emails before our arrival with some excellent suggestions on dining. Checking in was easy and all we can say is we will be back and would love to stay here again! Joel

Very nice view overlooking the bay. Nice sand beach and pool. The room floor was very dirty evidenced by how black the bottom of our white socks were. Second car parking across the street was somewhat inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and accommodations.

Wine Tasting Weekend

This was a perfect location. Working with Jamie, both through the internet and in person was truly a pleasure. The condo, while a bit dated, was perfect for our beautiful long wine tasting weekend with our friends. The outside amenities were beautiful with a really nice heated pool, and access to a very clean sandy beach. I would definitely book North Shore Inn again.

Great location and view. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Our only issue was the bathroom window upstairs, the top sash was sagging and wouldn't latch correctly letting in a cool draft. Not cold enough to be a real issue though.

We really enjoyed the clean sand beach with the lounge chairs provided by the inn and spent a lot of time on the balcony too. Only problem was the beach got raked with a tractor one morning which was noisy and smelled the exhaust so we couldn't enjoy the beach before we left.
