Only a couple miles from downtown. Clean room and bed. Couple minute walk to water. Loved sitting around outside at night before bed.

A remodeled motel done very nicely. Grateful for frig, microwave, and especially a regular sized coffee maker. Included a sideboard counter for the micro and coffee maker that included two stools. Location close to everything. Easy parking. Host very helpful and quick to respond. Stayed 6 nights and only wished for a small table and a couple of chairs. Would stay there again.

Cute Motel/Apartment

My mother & aunt (mid 50s and early 70s) stayed here while they were in town for a family reunion. The place was very clean and cute and directions to check in were very eash to follow!

It was adequate and location was good. The beds and linens were very nice. The light in the bathroom fell off the ceiling and didn’t work. It felt like there was sand on the floor.

The air conditioner was loud and annoying and hard to sleep. For the price I expected sugar and creamer for the coffee. Coffee was good. but the pillows were very hard.

Excellent property, slight issues with wifi

Overall we had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, the amenities were nice, and the area.was pleasant. The only issue we had was that tje wifi was bery inconsistent, both for phones and for streaming purposes which was a bit annoying.

Great place to stay

Went up to enjoy the fruits of the Cherry festival with my daughter for the first time ever. The location was phenomenal: walk to the free shuttle for festival across the street which runs every 20 minutes, 2 minute drive to downtown area, and 2 minute drive either way to public local beaches. The room was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures online. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very prompt with communication. I enjoyed my stay and would do recommend this spot. Very well maintained, clean, and great location.

Rental in Traverse for Bayshore marathon weekend

The rental was great for me and my friend! We wanted proximity to the start/finish of the Bayshore marathon, so location was perfect. Riley got back to me super quickly with every question; I so appreciate that. The space was clean and nicely decorated. Stove allowed us to cook dinner in the room. Overall, this met all our needs!!

Great stay

Great visit and simple place to stay. Simply is a hotel room but all updated and new. AC worked amazing and that’s something we definitely struggle with from actual hotels. Only thing is it’s a little distance from downtown. Need to drive or take an Uber. We tried walking it and it will take ~40+ minutes to walk. Owner was amazing and got back us quickly for everything

Very clean but a few quirks

The room was very clean. Most things worked great and the room was well stocked. The light in the bathroom doesn’t work, so they just put up a few of those little stick on lights which was not enough after dark. The bed closest to the window has a big divot from over-use. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke.

Cost friendly

Nice location to bike trails. Close drive to downtown TC. Central location to Sleeping bear Dunes and Torch Lake. Clean. Plenty of towels. Nice to have a 2 burner stove. Only down fall is the smoke alarm goes off often when cooking since it is right above the stove. Could use an ice machine. Otherwise perfect place to lay our heads at night. I would stay hear again when I’m the area.
