The Space:

The kitchen offers a dishwasher, Keurig with KCups plus a washer & dryer combo in the cabinet along with some cleaning supplies.



Interest in going fishing on the all sports lake? A cleaning station is available.



2 Kayaks and Sailboat are available.



There is a fence in area with a picnic table, bonfire pit and firewood..



Guest Access:

We will provide you with the access information 24 - 48 hours prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Great neighborhood atmosphere. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. 15 minutes to Downtown Traverse City.



Other Things to Note:

DOGS: Guests are permitted to bring and keep no more than two (2) dogs on the Premises during the lease period. There is a $300 non-refundable deposit for the dogs; please inform us upon booking of the dog(s) and we will charge the fee and attach an Agreement for you to sign and send back. If we are not notified of a dog(s) during the stay and there is evidence it will be reported as damages from security deposit. See House Rules for additional information regarding PETS.
