Your home away from home has all the amenities to make your stay as relaxing as it can be.
• Unwind in-front of the fireplace. Enjoy your favorite wine with the supplied wine glasses.
• After a long day at the beach, you can feel at home and watch your favorite TV show
• A upscale functional kitchen with quality utensils and cookware means you can prepare your meals, or if you’d rather, there are many restaurant options a short walk away.
• Each of the two bedrooms has their own TV
• Washer and dryer for your use in the condo.


Enjoy the area during the warmer months
• Peninsula Bay Resort offers an outdoor pool, hot tub (May through September ) and grill area, along with beach chairs to relax on the beach.
• 330 feet of Sandy frontage on the East Grand Traverse Bay.
• Winery and Cherry Orchards are within easy reach.
• No Hassle Access to Down-Town traverse city via the TART Trail or seasonal BATA Bus route (Memorial Day to Labor Day)


Many seasonal sports options nearby:
• With a Bike rental store and the tart trail across the street, this is the perfect location for biking. The Tart Trail connects to 100 of miles of biking trails and you are minutes away from Downtown Traverse City.
• For the equestrian, there are horseback riding tours nearby and “The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival” is just 6 miles down the road
• There is Jet Ski and Boat rental right next door.
• Snow Skiing at Mt Holiday Resort is only a few miles away at either Hickory Hills or Mt. Holiday.
• There are also many Fat Tire bike trails and events during the winter months.
• There are many snowmobile trails and snowmobile rental places near by.

Great location
We had a great time at the condo! Very spacious and came equitably with everything we needed for a weeks stay. We enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub and overall location. Short drive into traverse city and some great restaurants within walking distance. Overall an awesome vacation.

Condo was spacious enough for my family of 8, clean, and , close to downtown TC. Nice private beach and pool. There were plenty of chairs, so no need to go down at 5am and reserve them! Would definitely recommend this place!

We've stayed a number of times in this property and Christine has always been communicative and the property clean and comfortable. Great location with access to great amenities. If you're looking for a place to relax and spend some time with you toes in the sand, lounging by the pool, or taking care of your muscles after some time on the TART this is the place for you!
