Great Stay

Great location
We had a great time at the condo! Very spacious and came equitably with everything we needed for a weeks stay. We enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub and overall location. Short drive into traverse city and some great restaurants within walking distance. Overall an awesome vacation.

Great spot
Condo was spacious enough for my family of 8, clean, and , close to downtown TC. Nice private beach and pool. There were plenty of chairs, so no need to go down at 5am and reserve them! Would definitely recommend this place!

We've stayed a number of times in this property and Christine has always been communicative and the property clean and comfortable. Great location with access to great amenities. If you're looking for a place to relax and spend some time with you toes in the sand, lounging by the pool, or taking care of your muscles after some time on the TART this is the place for you!

Beautiful Condo
The condo is big and looks new, very well maintained. Everything we needed was provided. The location is great, but the traffic noise is an issue in the morning. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful and clean condo
My husband and I, with our 2 children stayed in this unit. It was very clean and spacious. We made breakfast each morning, the kitchen is well stocked. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach. We loved the week we spent in this condo! Thank you for your hospitality!

What a great week! We have been staying at this complex for 7 years. This unit was far and away the nicest. Incredibly clean, spacious and full of amenities. Also, really liked that we had the option to book from Saturday to Saturday. Highly recommended.

Relaxing time with family
My wife and I and our two elementary-age kids really enjoyed our week in Traverse City. This was our fourth summer spending a week in a condo at the Peninsula Bay Resort Condominiums, a different unit each time, and we really enjoyed this particular unit. Although this is a side unit and doesn't look directly out at the bay, the condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and good for the kids (and you still get a partial view of the bay from the balcony). The condo complex is in a great location, offering great access to a nice part of the beach on the East Bay, and has a nice pool. We enjoy the relaxing nature of the East Bay over the hustle and bustle of the West Bay and definitely look forward to returning to this condo complex again in the future.

Enjoyable
The condo’s are beautiful, secure, spacious. Cleanest condo I have ever rented. The appliance’s were great( we couldn’t figure out the icemaker). This complex runs perpendicular to the beach. Our condo was just off a very busy street, at a stop light. The view in the picture is correct. The beach is nice with chairs provided. We didn’t plan what we wanted to do, most of our sites were to the west, we were in East Bay. I felt eating places in the area were very limited. We found some nice ones. We ate in, equipment was ideal. There are several doors to get through to get to the unit. It requires a key to get into the building, one to get on your floor, and of course the room door and key. The sad part was no carts available at moving in and out. We left very early and there were no carts. We carried out our cargo by pieces. Apparently, the two carts available were being held in a renters condo. They never showed up. Hard to get belongings of five people down in separate. Maybe a sign posted to return carts ASAP. Enjoyed the trip.

Just The Right Extras
We were very well pleased with this condo. So much light! Even the extra bedroom had a big window. Very well decorated. Comfortable king bed! I liked the added extras that Christine did. Like a bottle of wine, durable paper towels (not like the cheap ones you usually get), ample clothes detergent and others. Very good communication from Christine. We will definitely stay again here.

November wine tour
In spite of the winter weather, we had a wonderful time! We spent some time sampling some wine at 3 local vineyards, shopping, and visiting Sleeping Bear Dunes! We loved staying at your beautiful condo! It was well equipped and so clean! The fireplace was so relaxing after a busy day! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place! Great Location for Northern Michigan
Very roomy , comfortable condo for 2 couples. Very safe and quiet . Short walk to the state park and restaurants. It's a short distance to downtown Traverse, Suttons Bay, North Port and Mackinaw Island by car. Enjoyed our stay and will return-

Excellent property!
We really enjoyed our stay here! As two couples vacationing together it was the perfect home base for wine touring, shopping and all our Traverse City fun. It was close to everything, but also quiet and relaxing. All the amenities we could think of were waiting for us when we got there. We would stay here again!

We took a much needed family getaway. Time to relax and enjoy the sun! Thankfully, Christine had taken care of everything. A Wonderful Stay on the Bay
Our family of four had a wonderful time at this condo! It was clean and well put together, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location is perfect: right on the beach, right on the edge of town, and close to everything you want to visit. The private beach was wonderful; not crowded, plenty of space and nice chairs to use. The pool and hot tub were also very nice. Our daughters enjoyed both very much. We usually don't come back to a particular spot/house as we like to visit different places every year, but this one is definitely on our "Maybe Visit Again" list. Thanks for a great week!

Unit was very comfortable. Set up with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, allows separate space for two couples and then open living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor space. Getaway from a big city
I stayed here with 2 of my girlfriends for a quick getaway. The condo was much larger than we expected....everything was clean and fresh and the furniture was very comfortable. The fireplace came in handy each night because the weather was not in our favor. The location was great, just a short ride to and from the downtown area. Christine was a great host. She responded to any messages we sent her in a timely fashion. Definitely planning on staying here again!

Overall good. Roomy place, quiet building. Very convenient to the Tart Trail for walking and biking. The porch is a bit noisy to enjoy for extended periods because of the road noise from US31. Kitchen has limited storage for dry good foods, plan accordingly. I’d give it a 8/10.
