Your Up North Getaway!

Great Location! This unit is walking distance to downtown and West Bay, next to TART trail, surrounded by 3 bike shops and next to Elev8 climbing wall. Quick drive to the Old Mission Peninsula and its' beautiful vineyards. Condo is spacious and recently renovated. Comfortable for a family or a girls weekend! This central location allows you easy access to all that Traverse City and the surrounding area has to offer!

Fantastic rental

This rental was exactly what we needed! It's close to downtown and easy to get around. It had all of the amenities stated, including a parking spot. We definitely would stay here again!Super clean. Extra amenities like towels, makeup remover, soap, laundry detergent. It was so appreciated!

The Area Was Better Than I Thought It Would.Be.

This rental site was two levels with 3 bedrooms on the.second level..The master bedroom was the largest and had a king size bed that was very tall. This room didn't have a television, but had a door which opened into the upstair's bathroom. This bathroom has two sinks and a separate area for the toilet and bathtub.. The two other bedrooms faced the back of the house. The med-size room had a TV and a closet.The 3rd bedroom was the smallest and no closet. The living room is very nice and comfortable and a sony large screen television. We used our Roku for more viewing options. Dining room was next to the living room as well the kitchen. The kitchen was updated and clean. The location was very walkable to find food, grocery store, restaurants and to the downtown if you have the stamina. I would choose this place again if I needed a 3 bedrooms.

Family vacation

We stayed here for 5 nights during a family vacation with my college aged children. The rental was extremely well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, toiletries and basic pantry items. The apartment was well decorated and very clean (all hardwood floors). We loved the location, as it was a very quick drive (minutes) or walk to restaurants or coffee. The ONLY problem we had was regulating the temperature. We were there during a fairly hot week. The upstairs was significantly warmer and one bedroom was very warm. We attempted to close some vents and run fans to mitigate and conserve energy use.

Excellent service

I highly recommend this home. The host was very kind and responsive to our questions and needs. The house was well-kept, clean, and comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms provided privacy and comfort The beds were exceptionally comfortable. A climbing wall and a couple of bike rental places are right across the street with bike paths nearby. We were also able to walk to the beach just a few blocks away.

Nicely decorated but few updates needed

Overall the place was nicely decorated and mostly clean. We did run across several dead bugs and a few alive. Upstairs bathroom door sticks and well as the door to laundry area. The air conditioning upstairs is almost non existent which makes for warm sleeping. Fans were provided but there is at least a 10 degree difference from the downstairs. Walking around the entire complex to get to your vehicle is frustrating.
