“The staff was either a 10/10 or a 1/10, with no middle ground. Eighty percent of the staff was 10/10, with 20% probably the worst I've experienced. An example is waiting for dining service with only one other person in the dining area. After waiting an extended amount of time and going to find a server, they help a table first that just seated themselves, making you wait longer. In total, am hour spent just waiting or trying to get the attention of the sitting and socializing staff. ”
