Appartement was schoon en modern ingericht. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Wij hadden ‘Breakfast to go’ wat meer dan voldoende was iedere dag. Realiseer je dat je op de berg zit en maar 2 liften ter beschikking hebt; of naar de Gerlitzen (omhoog) of naar het dal, Annenheim waar niet veel te doen is. Liften zijn om 17.00u dicht en in de berghutten wordt vanaf +/- 16.15u geen maaltijd meer geserveerd.

Das Resort liegt günstig neben einem Wald und ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Trampen. In der Nähe gibt es auch eine tolle Bogenschießanlage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Familie braucht. Das Hotel ist tier- und kinderfreundlich und somit perfekt für ein Frühstück. Das Personal, insbesondere Jozef, ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich sehr bemüht, ein Problem zu lösen, das wir während unseres Aufenthalts hatten, und haben mir sogar meine Brille nach Prag zurückgeschickt.
