Your vacation rental includes on the first floor: a living room - living room - kitchen (well fitted out) crossing on one side with sea view and on the other side with courtyard view, access to 2 terraces: sea view of 12 m2 and courtyard side of 10 m2 with garden furniture. Sleeping area with 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (2 80x200 beds), 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed), shower room, wc with washbasin. On the ground floor: entrance with storage, a garage (cannot accommodate a vehicle - only bicycle, motorbike...) with laundry room Private parking in front of the house. Semi-detached building with other seasonal rentals. Breathtaking view of the castle of Costaeres and one of the most beautiful beaches of Trégastel - Tourony! Ideal setting for your next vacation in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose: many activities on site or a few meters away: swimming, hiking on the GR34 which is 20 m away, paddle & kayaking are available 500 m away on the beach of Quo Vadis, cycling, tennis, skate park at 700 m... unless you prefer to enjoy the terraces while reading. In Trégastel you can stroll through the market on Mondays, one of the biggest in the department in summer, swim in the forum de la mer (aquatic complex with sea water heated to 30°), and enjoy the breathtaking landscapes along the along the customs path. The resort of Perros Guirec is 4 km away (its beaches, port, casino and thalasso), Lannion 13 km - city of art and history Enjoy the beautiful view of Tourony beach and the Costaeres castle in Trégastel in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose in this well-equipped and tastefully decorated cottage
