Rooms where clean and spacious well at least for one person. Amenities inside the hotel are very convenient. They have a 7-Eleven, a laundromat, and a pool and spa. For those who like to work out they have a gym but it's not free.

Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka
Our first room was awful and depressing with nowhere to put our clothes and luggage. But they moved us to a new room(for a fee which was justified) and it was wonderful. We even had two bathrooms! The area is so fun too! Would go back again.

Hotel Monterey Le Frere Osaka
Rooms was on the larger side for Tokyo. Staff who checked us in said he'd upgraded us to a larger room. It was a corner room overlooking the street. Hotel is a bit weird location wise. Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower
Great location, great rooms, nice Onsen, good staff - the only thing they get wrong is the cafe (coffee) isn't open at 7/8am - it only opens at 9am but closes at 8pm (when no one is having coffee & it's empty).
