「施設内でバーベキューができるのですがリビングと行き来するためのドアが薄くて隙間風が寒いし寒い時期はエアコンフル稼働でないと眠れない。乾燥酷くて加湿器を置いてもらえるとありがたかった。シャワー室しかなくてシャワーの水量弱いし体が温まらない。施設自体は綺麗なのに残念でした。」

「I cannot recommend the The Base House Kinosaki enough. There were 4 of us staying for 2 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. The Host of the property was fantastic. He was gracious, courteous, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond at all times. He was very easy to communicate with and responded to our emails and texts right away.
