“Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. “The property is not as described. There was no on site parking. They state on site on the description. However, after you are forced to complete an unnecessarily arduous check in process wherein you have to log and upload each occupant’s information they send you a What’s App message with a map to the parking facility which is blocks away. “Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. ”

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
