“Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟”

“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. “More than adequate parking. Bar was well stocked. The room was clean but not very well maintained. The fridge in the room was very noisy and we had to switch it off in the middle of the night. There was an issue with the floor by the side of the bed which caused me to trip and fall. This needs to be repaired properly. The staff were friendly.”
