不滿：整潔度和設施服務
Do not book this hotel!! This company is the worst accommodation company I have ever dealt with. We booked with them from Feb. 9 to 12th. When we arrived, there was no running water. We called them, as they have no front desk, and we were told they were aware of this and offered a refund if we didn't want to stay. Due to the hour of our arrival, we said we would stay the night but if it wasn't fixed the next day we would check out. In the morning we still had no water, we couldn't bathe, flush toilets or use any of the washer (which was the main reason we booked). Again we called, the person we spoke with said we had to go through hotels.com as that's who we booked with. I contacted them through their online chat where the agent I was chatting with called the hotel group, was told they were aware of the water and had no timeline for when it would be turned back on. They told the agent a refund would be provided. We checked out and booked elsewhere. 24 hours later we were sent an email from Hotels.com saying the hotel will not provide a refund per their cancellation policy. I have been back and forth with hotels.com and the company and they refused any kind of refund. Stay away from here. On top of this the room was dingy and stained. It was not very clean or comfortable.
