Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und toll zu erreichen. Das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Fußböden hätten nochmal gründlicher gesaugt werden können.

Zentrale Lage super. Zimmer für 2 Nächte gut; für länger wäre es zu klein und unkomfortable. Klasse: Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee. Minuspunkt für die dünnen Handtücher und keine ABLAGEFLÄCHE und schmales Bett im EZ. Würde wieder kommen.

Sauberes, kleines, aber gut eingerichtetes und völlig bequemes und geräuschfreies Zimmer zum Innenhof. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Direkt an der Fussgängerzone, werde ich bei der nächsten Museenausstellung gerne wieder buchen.

Em frente à Porta Nigra/ Localização espetacular

O hotel é excelente no que diz respeito à estrutura. Os quartos são modernos, bem equipados e muito confortáveis. Lençóis e toalhas impecáveis, além da disponibilidade de chaleira elétrica com café e chás, espaço adequado para malas e roupas, cadeira, poltrona confortável e TV. Esses detalhes realmente fizeram diferença na experiência. Por outro lado, a recepção deixou a desejar. Não recebemos o link para check-in e check-out online e, mesmo chegando e saindo dentro do horário informado, não houve atendimento adequado. Ao chegarmos ao quarto havia um ventilador — que foi bastante útil, já que precisávamos manter as janelas fechadas por conta do barulho constante da rua. Porém, no dia seguinte, o ventilador foi retirado sem qualquer aviso ou consentimento, o que além de nos causar uma noite quente e desconfortável, gerou uma má impressão em relação à segurança e à comunicação da hospedagem. Também sentimos falta de informações mais claras por parte da atendente. Só ao final da estadia descobrimos que o hotel oferecia café da manhã, algo que poderia ter tornado a experiência ainda mais agradável. No momento do check-out, enfrentamos outro transtorno: ficamos cerca de 30 minutos aguardando na recepção, tocando o sino diversas vezes, mas ninguém apareceu. Tivemos que deixar o hotel às 11h30 sem conseguir finalizar o check-out presencial nem online.Em resumo, o hotel tem uma excelente estrutura e oferece conforto nos quartos, mas precisa melhorar significativamente a comunicação

Right next to old town and all the attractions. Clean and comfortable room. Pillows could have been better and shower litlle bit bigger. All went well and staff was friendly. I would stay again here.

Within in sight of amazing Porta Nigra, just wow! Incredible apartments. Super clean and beautifully decorated! We had two apartments. One had a full kitchen which had the necessary kitchen equipment for the 7 of us to eat breakfast and lunch. There is grocery story next door. Perfect location for restaurants, train station and Porta Nigra. Would love to go back, we had too short of a time there.

Midden in het centrum vlakbij de Porta Nigra, Een zeer moderne, schone en nette accomodatie. Alle sightseeing spots op loopafstand. Parkeerplaats a €10 per dag aan de overkant van het hotel. Supermarkt naast het hotel. (3 persoons kamer) aan voorzijde hotel. Met ramen dicht hoorde je verder niks van de weg voor het hotel. Perfecte locatie voor 1 overnachting in Trier!

Toppenbra centralt läge.Gångavstånd in till julmarknaden. P-plats på andra sidan gatan, låst nattetid. Lite krånglig kod att trycka när man skulle in på rummet. Extra trappor efter hiss till vån 3. Minimalt badrum. Bra sängar, bra frukost.

Einfache Unterkunft, gute Lage.

Zimmer grundsätzlich ok, Badezimmer sehr klein. Frühstücksbüffet ausreichende Auswahl. Online CheckIn und -Out funktionierte super gut. Zugang zum Hotel und Zimmer via PIN sehr praktisch, mussten keinen Schlüssel rum tragen. Rezeption super freundlich, konnten Gepäck bis zum Nachmittag stehen lassen.

Room was well appointed and comfortable, however there was no wall mirror in the bathroom, only a small standing makeup mirror. There was a lift, but there were stairs to get into the building and the rooms were a half-flight higher than where the lift was. Otherwise, really appreciated the online check-in/check-out, and the location was well situated for access to the Altstadt.
